Twitter Retweet Event Rules

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Twitter retweet event (the "Event") organized by BLUEPOCH GAMES CO., LIMITED (the "Company") and agree to these terms and conditions before participating in the Campaign. Participation in the Campaign is deemed to be an agreement to these terms and conditions.

1. Follow the Reverse: 1999 official Twitter account (@Reverse1999_GL);

2. Retweet the event post;

Complete the campaign participation requirements and you will receive an instant reply with the results of the campaign in the notification bar;

Winners are required to provide information about their country or region of residence, and official Reverse: 1999 team will issue Gift Cards of corresponding value.

If official Reverse: 1999 team is unable to purchase gift cards in any specific region, an official alternative will be provided.

Please register your information within 7 days after you have been notified that you have won a reward.

This event is only open to people who are at least [18] years old or of equivalent legal age in your country of residence on the date the event begins. If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of your legal guardian before participating in the event.

1. Participation in each Twitter event may vary, please check the event tweets on our official account during the event period for details.

2. This event is not open to individuals who are residents of or domiciled in countries/regions/jurisdictions of Quebec in Canada, Guatemala, Italy, Iran, Nicaragua, Portugal and any others where reward draws and/or this event is not legitimate by law;

3. Please note that if you participate the event using an account setting to "Private", you may not be able to enter the event successfully.

4. Private messages may not be sent successfully or followers and retweeters may not be able to follow or retweet due to Twitter's system errors, network or hardware failures or other unavoidable circumstances.

5.Events may also be suspended or terminated without notice due to these circumstances.

6. If you delete your account or unfollow our official Twitter account, official Reverse: 1999 team will not be able to send you private messages and your eligibility to claim the reward will expire. Please do not change your account name during the event period, otherwise it will not be possible to determine if it is the same account.

7. In the case of instant draw event, official Reverse: 1999 team will automatically send Private Messages to the winners; if you wish to stop receiving Private Messages, please notify us via Private Message.

8. In the case of the Twitter retweet events offering gift card rewards, official Reverse: 1999 team will request the following information from the winners in order to send the rewards;

- Twitter account username

- Country or region of residence;

- Email address;

9. Rewards will be voided if they cannot be sent/delivered successfully due to unavailable/invalid information provided.

10. Rewards will be drawn from the participants of the event during the event period. The content of the rewards and the number of winners varies by event. Please check the event tweets on our official account during the event period for details. rewards are subject to change without prior notice.

11. Please note that rewards may be delayed due to force majeure.

12. Participating with multiple different accounts will invalidate your eligibility to claim rewards.

13. Participation from our employees and official event staff are void.

1. A direct message will be sent to the winner's account from the official Twitter account for Reverse: 1999 notifying their win and providing information about the reward.

2. If a direct message cannot be sent due to unfollowing, account freezing, deleting or changing account IDs, the reward will be voided.

3. Please fill in your information accurately. If a reward is not awarded due to incorrect information, the event organizer will not re-issue the reward.

4. If a reward is voided, no subsequent requests to send the reward will be accepted. In the event that a reward is voided, the number of winners may not reach the number stated in the event.

5. Please register your information within 7 days after you have been notified that you have won a reward. Please note that if you do not register your information within the specified time, your reward will be voided.

6. Please note that rewards will be voided if the information provided is incorrect and the reward cannot be awarded (Includes cases where information is sent and received in error).

7. Official Reverse: 1999 team will not respond to any inquiries about winners through our official account.

1. In the artwork submission event, the user themself assumes full responsibility for the use of their content, the content of any and all works submitted by the user and the consequences arising therefrom, and in the unlikely event that a dispute arises with a third party, the user shall be responsible for resolving the issue at his/her own expense and liability.

2. In the artwork submission event, the works submitted must be copyrighted or have been licensed by the participant themself. Official Reverse: 1999 team is not responsible for any issues related to copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, patents or usage rights.

3. If, due to changes in Twitter specifications or terms and conditions, system failure, or the Company's own reasons, the Operator deems that it is unable to carry out the event, it may suspend, change, or terminate the event without prior notice or the consent of the user. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension or termination.

4. Internet communication costs associated with participation in the event are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Transferring the right to win and the rewards to a third party or exchanging them for cash is prohibited.

1. Official Reverse: 1999 team will only use the personal information provided by the winners for the purpose of awarding the rewards and contacting the winners, and will not use the personal information for any other purpose.
